A Utility Tap Plan is a new utility service connection to an existing water or wastewater utility main. The utility mains are maintained by The City of Austin and surrounding city utility departments.

Wastewater Manhole Assessments
Four A Engineering provides Wastewater Manhole Assessments on existing manholes within the City of Austin Texas and the surrounding areas. As required by Austin Water (AW) Pipeline Engineering department from The City of Austin, anytime a proposed wastewater line connects to an existing manhole a Wastewater Manhole Assessment is required.
Drainage Analysis/ Ponds/ WQ
FAE conducts extensive drainage analysis for properties and the surrounding areas, for existing and developed conditions. FAE checks for the increase of Pre-developed and Post-developed flows. FAE will design detention and water quality ponds as needed.
